Refund Policy
At Primacy, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of APEX or RESET, we’re here to make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a refund within 30 days of your order delivery date under the following conditions:
- First-time orders only. Refunds apply only to your first purchase of APEX or RESET.
- One opened unit allowed. If you purchased more than one unit, only one can be opened; the rest must be returned unopened and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required. Refunds can only be processed for orders made directly through Primacy.io.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@primacy.io with your order number and reason for the return.
- If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed upon receipt (or confirmation) of the returned product.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your account.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exclusions
- Refunds are not available for wholesale or bulk orders.
- We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned through those channels.
